We offer
a money back guarantee if you terminate your service within 30
days from your subscription date. Our money back guarantee
applies only to the first-ordered line per account, not to
additional or secondary lines. We will refund one credit for the
activation fee you paid, the service charge for the first
service term, the price you were charged by us for your device
and the $39.99 disconnection fee, less Shipping & Handling fees
if you meet the following conditions:
Initial Line: This money back guarantee
period only applies to the initial line ordered on your account.
Exceeded Minutes: You have not exceeded 100
minutes of usage. Usage in excess of 100 minutes will be billed
at 3.9cents per min.
Service Cancellation: You cancel your service within
the first 30 days of your subscription or activation date.
Return Equipment in Original
condition:
We
receive your adaptor or IP phone in its original condition in
the original manufacture's packaging along with all accessories
that came with the device like power supplies and cables no
later than 14 days after you cancel your service.
Return Authorization:
Before
returning your adaptor
to us, you need to obtain a valid return authorization
number from our customer service department which you can reach
at 1-800-649-2211 or by emailing us at
service@ftstelecom.com
Shipping Costs:
You pay
all costs of shipping your adaptor or IP phone back to us.
Any device you purchased from an Authorized Agent is not
eligible for our money back guarantee. Please refer to the
return policy of the Agent where you purchased your device.
Our money back guarantee does not apply to any charges for
international usage, payphone calls to FTS toll free numbers,
and directory assistance. In addition, we may not be able to
refund all of the taxes that you paid.
Due to the nature of how FTS bills a customer's account, you may
be billed for additional charges for the time between
disconnection and return of the equipment. FTS will use
commercially reasonable efforts to refund promptly any charges
(less any amounts that you owe to us and shipping charges) to
your account following the return of your device. If you have a
