Payment Policies & Locations
Payment of the Bill
FTS will bill once a month for all local telephone services to the service
address. This bill may be paid to the main FTS office by mail, online at the FTS
website or at the nearest FTS authorized bill payment center. Payments made to
FTS can be paid with money order, credit card or cash only. All payments must be
paid in full by the due date to avoid late fees, disconnection and reconnection
charges. Payment centers include all MoneyGram and Wester Union Locations.
Payment can also be made using PayPal. If you wish to have your payment
automatically charged to your credit card every month please contact customer
service and sign up for Autopay.
Refunds
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and can take up to 30 days
before a refund is made (if one is due). There will be a cancellation charge if
service is terminated before the first bill is paid. Once a telephone line is
activated there will be no refund on the activation fee. In addition, there will
be a prorated charge for all services ordered. All refunds are processed through
the FTS corporate office in Florida and any refund (if one is due) will be
mailed by check to the address provided by the customer or credited to your
credit card.
